Asigurari-SSL.ro is an insurance platform where you can ask a proprietary conversational assistant about coverage and the purchase process, in Romanian, either on its own page or through the site widget. Server side rendering also lets search engines index all pages fully.
Asigurari-SSL.ro is an insurance platform also used as a proving ground for features later carried into other projects.
1. About the project
The site provides information and quotes for the main types of policies, with content translated and adapted for the Romanian audience rather than taken mechanically from an international platform.
2. The challenge
Visitors arrive with questions no presentation page answers, because they concern their particular situation. Most of them do not call and do not fill in the form: they leave. And a platform built on JavaScript has, on top of that, the classic indexing problem.
3. What we built
We added a conversational assistant, which answers on the spot questions about coverage and about the buying procedure, on a dedicated page and through a widget present across the site. The assistant answers in Romanian and stays within the insurance subject.
On the indexing side we implemented server-side rendering, so pages reach search engines complete. The interface translation and the way visitors are addressed were moved entirely to the formal register the field calls for.
4. The outcome
A platform that answers questions before the visitor gives up, and that is read correctly by search engines. The solutions validated here were later carried into other insurance projects.
