Transfers outside the European Economic Area


We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, with processing that may involve Google LLC in the United States. Website traffic passes through the Cloudflare, Inc. network. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, which is the legal basis for the transfer under Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Analytics scripts load only after the consent given in the cookie banner, and Google Analytics collection uses the European regional endpoint.

Tools that use artificial intelligence

The Review Generator and the Google Review Generator send the text entered in the form (business name, category or service, rating and description of the experience) to Anthropic (Claude models) to draft the text. The Google Review Generator may use OpenAI only if Anthropic does not respond. Please do not enter personal data about yourself or other people in these fields.

Entered and generated texts are not saved in our database. To limit usage, the Google Review Generator keeps, for 24 hours, a counter tied to an identifier derived from the IP address. According to the providers' published policies, data received through their APIs is deleted within 30 days, with the exceptions they describe (for example, abuse investigations), and is not used to train models. Data may be processed in the United States; the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, included in the providers' data processing agreements.

The website may contain links to other websites. GOAI is not responsible for the content, policies or privacy practices of these external websites.
