Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the website or sending a quote request, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time of use is the one that applies. Changes do not affect contracts already concluded.

Services we provide

We provide search engine optimization, technical audits, link building, website design and optimization, digital marketing and related services. Descriptions on the site are informative and do not constitute a binding offer.

The website also provides free analysis tools. Their results are indicative, based on publicly available data at the time they run, and do not replace an audit carried out by a specialist.

How a contract is formed

Work begins after we send you a written quote and you accept it. The quote covers the services included, deadlines, price and payment terms. The contract is concluded when the quote is accepted or when a separate agreement is signed.

Requests sent through the forms on this site are quote requests, not firm orders, and create no obligation for either party.

Prices and payment

Prices are those set out in the accepted quote. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made against the invoice issued, within the term stated on it. Late payment may lead to services being suspended, after prior notice.

Your responsibilities

So that the services can be delivered, you agree to provide the information and access we need, in good time, and to make sure the materials you send us do not infringe third party rights.

You remain responsible for the content published on your website and for complying with the law applicable to your activity.

What we guarantee and what we cannot

We undertake to deliver our services professionally, using practices consistent with the public guidance issued by search engines. We do not use techniques that put your website at risk.

We cannot, however, guarantee exact positions in search results, a specific volume of traffic or a level of sales. Rankings depend on algorithms we do not control, on competition and on external factors. Any estimate we share is a forecast based on experience, not a contractual promise.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services invoiced for the period in which the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or of commercial opportunities.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, tools and source code, belongs to us or is used under licence. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written consent.

Materials created for you under a contract become yours once the services have been paid in full, except for components covered by third party licences.

Personal data

The data you send us is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which describes the legal grounds, the purposes and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Ending the collaboration

Either party may end the collaboration, with prior notice within the term set out in the quote or contract. Services delivered up to the termination date are invoiced normally.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We would rather settle any disagreement amicably, so please write to us first at contact@goai.ro.

If no solution is reached, disputes fall to the competent courts at our registered office. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, including for alternative dispute resolution.
