ActeAutoSSL.ro is a platform for vehicle paperwork services, built around an administrative reality: whoever buys a car does not know which documents are needed, or in what order.

1. About the project

The site covers the formalities of registration, transfer of ownership and deregistration, with separate paths depending on the visitor's concrete situation, from a car bought in Romania to one brought from abroad.

2. The challenge

Official information on this subject is scattered across several institutions, written in administrative language and often incomplete for the reader's particular case. The usual result is a wasted trip to the counter over one missing document.

3. What we built

We started from the question „what is your situation” and built the content around concrete cases, each with its own list of documents and its order of steps. Visitors recognise their situation and receive exactly the procedure that applies to them, without reading the variants that do not concern them.

The case-based structure also matches how this subject is actually searched: people search for their situation, not for the official name of the procedure.

4. The outcome

A site that translates an administrative procedure into steps that can be followed, organised by real situations, with the option of delegating the whole formality when the visitor prefers not to handle it personally.
