1. About the client
Seossl.com is an international platform for free and paid SSL/TLS certificates, built in-house by our company, GOAI Promovare of Alba Iulia. The site offers free SSL certificate installation (Let's Encrypt and other CAs), web security consulting, HTTP to HTTPS migration, and complete encryption solutions for any kind of website.Main services and categories:
- Free SSL certificate installation (Let's Encrypt, ZeroSSL)
- Paid SSL certificates (Sectigo, DigiCert, GlobalSign)
- Complete HTTP to HTTPS migration with no downtime
- Fixing mixed content errors, and advanced security work
- 24/7 support and automatic expiry monitoring
- Detailed guides for WordPress, cPanel, Nginx, Apache and others
- Very low organic traffic: under 250 organic sessions a month, mostly international, in English
- Little visibility on competitive searches such as "free SSL certificate installation", "Let's Encrypt setup" and "HTTPS migration service"
- Heavy competition from free tools and large certificate providers
- A new platform with limited on-page work and weak backlinks
2. The strategy
We applied an international SEO strategy, adapted to the 2025-2026 Google algorithms, with the emphasis on technical content in English, E-E-A-T, and optimization for how-to and SSL service searches. It ran in three phases:Phase 1: technical and on-page audit (first 3 months)
- Full SEO audit: speed, Core Web Vitals and a clean URL structure

Phase 2: content and link building (months 4 to 8)

- Sustainable link building: guest posts on international hosting, WordPress, cybersecurity and web development blogs

Phase 3: monitoring and continuous work (months 9 to 12)
